Authorisation to Process Personal Data
I give full consent to ADR Curaçao B.V. to process the personal data provided by me and to have access to my personal data held by the named operator, the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, and any relevant third-party service provider for the sole purpose of adequately investigating and settling the dispute. For this purpose, I accept the ADR Curaçao B.V. Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of ADR Curaçao B.V.’s Rules of Procedure

I, the Player acknowledges and agrees that any decision, award, or settlement. resulting from the Alternative Dispute Resolution process, conducted in accordance with the National Ordinance for Games of Chance (LOK) of Curaçao, shall be final and binding. The Player expressly waives any right to appeal or pursue further legal proceedings in respect of the matters resolved, except where mandatory provisions of applicable Curaçao law provide otherwise, and agrees to comply fully with the final determination.
